865 East’s Management Group is a small collection of individuals who do a lot!

Jessica is our General Manager, and keeps the building going by handling all contracts & building/property updates, plus our leasing and vendor relations. Holly is our Accounts/Commercial Manager, handling any accounting questions or administrative work (plus marketing) & manages our Commercial locations on-site (and several off-site). Jon is our Maintenance Manager, who along with Joey (his assistant), performs any maintenance-related items for our Residents. Finally, James is our Front Desk Associate, who is here to assist with everyday items and customer service.

We ask that most contact be made through our Admin inbox, Admin@865East.com, to help us coordinate and assist everyone in a timely manner. As emergencies can arise, there are times when it may take us a day or so to follow up, but we are happy to help each and every person who contacts!
