How to Apply
You can apply online or download our application and submit it to us. When submitting your application, there will be a $50 Application Fee, $100 Administration and Screening Fee, and a $250 Security Deposit to secure the apartment. In addition, there is a $200 Onetime Common Area Maintenance Fee due prior to the lease starting.
